More than 50 people came along to the second Local Area Planning session in Anglesea last Wednesday 21 November at the Anglesea Hotel. Spirited conversations took place around a number of issues including the Anglsea Riverbank, tourism, pedestrian crossings, public transport, local development, raising awareness of the local environment, the Men's Shed, Anglesea Community Garden, recreation and youth services and communication.
A full summary of the discussions from the evening will be posted on this forum in the coming days. Thanks to the participants who volunteered to work with me on compiling this information into a report, to be presented to Council in a couple of weeks.
Cheers,
Rochelle
